Terms of service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of LiveClip. By starting a free trial or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LiveClip analyzes recordings of live-selling shows that you upload, suggests highlight moments, and — after your approval — renders finished vertical clips sized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Pinterest. You download the clips and post them yourself; LiveClip does not post content on your behalf.

Free trial

Each plan begins with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start a trial, and no charge can be made when a trial ends because we hold no card for you. One trial per seller. When paid plans are activated, continuing past your trial requires starting a paid subscription; pricing is as shown on the pricing section of this site at that time.

Plans and limits

Plans include a monthly number of shows and rendered clips, and a clip storage window, as listed on the pricing section (Starter: 4 shows and up to 40 clips per month, 30-day storage; Pro: 12 shows and up to 150 clips per month, faster rendering, 90-day storage). Usage beyond a plan's included amounts may be limited until the next period or a plan change.

Your content

You keep all rights in the recordings you upload and the clips we render from them. You give LiveClip permission to store, copy, analyze, and render your recordings solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for uploading only shows you have the right to use — your own shows, or shows you have the seller's permission to clip.

Acceptable use

Availability and changes

We work to keep LiveClip available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Detection quality varies with footage quality; the approval step exists so no clip is final until you've seen it. We may improve or change features over time, and material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveClip's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, and LiveClip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales or lost followers.

Ending your use

You can stop using LiveClip at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After a paid subscription is active, cancellation terms will be those shown at checkout and in the billing portal.
