LiveClip turns recordings of your live-selling shows into short clips. That means you trust us with your footage, so this page says plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, and optionally your seller handle and where you sell, when you start a free trial.
- Your show recordings — the video files you upload, and the analysis files derived from them (a lower-resolution analysis copy, detected moments, captions).
- Your clips — the finished videos we render for you, plus your review decisions (approvals, rejections, hook edits), which we use to learn what a good pick looks like for you.
- Basic technical data — the operational logs needed to run uploads and rendering (file sizes, processing status, errors).
What we do with it
We use your recordings and account details only to operate LiveClip for you: finding moments, rendering your clips, and letting you download them. Your review decisions help tune future picks on your own shows.
What we never do
- We never show your footage or clips publicly.
- We never use your footage in our marketing. The demo clips on this site are rendered from a synthetic test stream for exactly this reason.
- We never sell your personal information or your footage.
- We never post anything to your accounts — we can't; you download and post clips yourself.
Who processes it
LiveClip runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and databases). Show recordings are analyzed by Google's Gemini AI models to find moments; a lower-resolution analysis copy is sent for that analysis. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.
How long we keep it
Finished clips are kept for your plan's storage window (30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro). Account details are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its content — see below.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the account details we hold for your email, correction of anything wrong, or deletion of your account and content. To make a request, sign up or sign in with the email on your account and reach us through the reply thread of any email we send you, so we can verify the request comes from the account owner.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your footage is handled, we'll update this page and note the new date above before the change takes effect.
